Shipping & Return Policies

Processing & Shipping: 

Typical processing time is 5-8 business days, delays can be expected during Christmas. First Class Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to to reach destination. Priority Shipping is between 1-3 business days to reach destination. We are located in Raleigh, NC and all shipments come from our Raleigh Studio.  

Returns:

Personalized items cannot be returned. If there is a problem with an order please contact us at info@initialdecor.com with a description of the problem as well as pictures of the product and we will work with you to remedy the situation. 

Non-Personalized products can be returned within 4 business days of receiving and with original tags still attached, less a 15% restocking fee. 

Non-Personalized items can be exchanged for another item. Shipping at your cost, if you contact us within 4 business days of receiving.  We do not comp return or exchange shipping.

For any return or exchange, you must contact us within 4 days of receiving.
